Training the Mental Game:
We use the Champion’s Mind app to help our players set goals, focus, practice using self talk, build confidence, resilience, and more. Please sign up for our team’s Champion’s Mind account – this is included in your team fees. This app has many great, short talks that help players and team with mental aspects of the game, school, and life. Use the email address you will use with the cellphone that will have the app on it – this can be a player’s phone or a parent’s phone. The sign up link is in the Cyclones Winter Training Starts Tomorrow email sent on January 1. Let me know if you need the sign up link resent.
