Cyclones Points

Weekly Goals:

Earn Cyclones Points each week to achieve team goals.  As we improve, we set our team up for success.  We accomplish more together than alone.  We will set our weekly team point goal at practice at the start of each week.

How to earn Cyclones Points:

  • Weekly team training (60-90 min) – in-person with safety protocol if gym available
  • Complete individual weekly assigned training (30 min)
  • Complete additional individual training (30+ min)
    • Baseball skills work (max 1/day) – for additional ideas check here
    • In season sports fitness train (i.e. hoops/hockey) (max 1/day)
  • The Mental Game – weekly team thread (start with Champion’s Mind App free segment)
    • Contribute 1+ thoughtful posts (can be questions and/or responses)
    • 1 post = 1 pt, 3+ well thought out posts with 1+ Qs & 1+ responses = 2 pts
  • Weekly teammate activity – call your assigned teammate for 1 point. For a bonus point, aslo call back a teammate you called in a previous week. 2 pt weekly max with bonus.
